DIY Jewelry Display

Published on: Jul 11 2012 by margo

I found the tutorial for this jewelry holder at A Beautiful Mess, but changed it up a little by using this round wood disc I found at Lowe’s. I chose a fun ocean blue hue with white hooks.  It was very quick and easy to make- and the outcome is totally worth getting out the power drill. I’m using this display for an upcoming jewelry party where I will be selling my jewelry. I’ve always had trouble figuring out a unique way to display my work, and usually just end up going with the generic black velvet busts (yuck!) but now I think I’ve cracked the case!

I plan to make about 4 more of these and include drawer handles on some for earrings. To keep it standing, place it on an easel or just lean against a wall like I did here! As long as you don’t have any little monsters running around bumping into your dresser, it should stay up fine. You can find the round boards at Lowe’s and easels at hobby lobby.
