Recently I painted some cardboard pendants that I found at Hobby Lobby. Rather than stringing them up to make my banner, I used some 3M reusable mounting strips and slapped them on my wall. (I used these because they are safe for your paint and temporary.) I have found this is a great way to add some quick pops of color to any room.
Pendants without the string, gives this banner a quirky feel.
