A friend recently hosted a jewelry party for me, where I was able to score this super easy recipe for this amazing pesto dip! It only has 4 ingredients, and requires almost no preparation. If you know how to set your oven to 350 and dump ingredients in a dish, then you can make this dip! It is a great dish for you and a friend to share with a bottle of wine, or the perfect easy dip to impress guests at a dinner party!
Ingredients:
1 8 oz jar pesto (I like classico)
8 oz brick of cream cheese
1/2 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
Directions:
Place cream cheese brick in middle of glass baking dish
Pour jar of pesto on top
Sprinkle on chopped tomatoes
Finish by sprinkling cheese over the mound of deliciousness and bake for about 15-20min.
Serve with crackers.
I served this at a recent cookout we had, and it was gone within minutes! To class it up a bit, I used a white Martha Stewart glass serving platter that is oven safe safe.
