We just got our magic bullet in the mail on Monday, and I’ve been a smoothie making machine! I bought a bunch of fresh fruit and some non-fat vanilla yogurt. I froze the yogurt in ice cube trays, and then placed it in a plastic bag with my fruit combinations! I got the idea from Pinterest a couple of weeks ago. So far my favorite smoothie has been mango blueberry. The vanilla yogurt really adds a lot of flavor too! I’ve been replacing one meal per day with a fruity concoction to get my vitamins and hopefully stay slim.
For the mango blueberry smoothie I used equal parts blueberry and mango with about 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt.
